After falling behind 2-1 in the eighth, Dan Riordan led off with a single and scored on an error to keep the Brewers alive. Pinch hitter Jay Gomes led off the ninth with a single and scored the winning run. Paul Ardizonni got the win in relief, pitching three innings and striking out two.
