In dramatic fashion, the Mariners were able to pick up the win in their final at-bat last night. After a couple of errors and runs scored in the second, Justin Wetherby settled in and pitched extremely well through the sixth. Brian Wildeman capped off the 4th inning with a 2 RBI single to bring the Mariners to within 2. After a scoreless 5th, the Mariners tied it at 5 when Mark Balfe drove in Steve Gray for the game tying run. With one out in the bottom of the 7th, Brendan Power led off the rally with his second hit of the night. He was moved into scoring position when Josh Plosker got hit, leading to an Astros pitching change. Corey Aldoupolis then drove one between third and short for his second hit of the night and the game winning RBI. Kevin Gallagher picked up the win pitching a scoreless seventh.
