Catcher Dan Gad went 3-for-3 and Stan DeMartinis hit a 2-run home run to pace the Bombers past the Trojans Monday night at Maplewood Field. Pitcher Kevin Magoon picked up his second win of the season in a four-inning appearance, and Nate Witkowski grabbed his fisrt save. The Trojans fell short despite home runs by Sam Perkins and Greg Wilson.
