Reading clinched fifth place with a 2-1 win over first place Lexington in the season finale. Brett Flutie's two-out RBI double in the top of the seventh drove in Nick Kelly with the winning run. Alex Fischer drove in Bill Cataldo with a single to tie the game in the sixth. Colin McGinn earned the win scattering four hits and striking out six. Steve Gath's sacrifice fly brought home Dan Graham to give Lexingto a 1-0 lead.
