The Indians beat the D'backs 9-4 under the lights at lush Clifford Field. Lee Hughes had a big night, going 2-3 with 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Hughes swatted a home run into deep right field in the bottom of the second. Marco Abreu also had a hot stick, going 2-4 with a triple and 2 RBIs. Mark Bowles went 2-3 with 2 runs, a walk and a stolen base. Josh Hale picked up the win and Daryl Pina closed the final two frames for the save. Rockers had a good game for the D'backs, going 2-3 with a double and 2 runs scored. Shellbach also had two hits on the night.
