TJO jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the first with a RBI single by Malcolm Nachmanoff. The score would remain the same in the 3rd with TJO threatening again, but a botched bunt attempt led to a triple play for ADSL as pitcher Dave Liffers caught the bunt before it hit the ground and caught both runners off the bases.

ADSL took the momentum into the 4th as Matt McKinley lined a double off the left field wall. With two outs, Jared Blandino belted a deep triple to center field to tie the game 1-1.

In the 5th, ADSL had a man on second with one out, the second intentional walk to Andrew Elliott brought up Bobby Barrett who laced a single to left center and brought home Eddie Riley for the 2-1 lead and Dan Brown followed up with an RBI double to extend the lead 3-1.

TJO threatened in the 7th with a run across the board with two outs but Bobby Tramondozzi stranded the tying run ending the game with a strikeout and the BPL title.

ADSL was dominant on the mound and with the bats battling back in the series forcing a game 7 Wednesday night at Monan Park.

Zack Wensley continued his impressive season, throwing a complete game shutout allowing just two hits on the bump for ADSL.

Bobby Barrett reached base safely all four plate appearance and scored four runs. Several ADSL players had multi-hit games putting the game out of reach and winning 14-0.

Game 7 is set for Wednesday night at Monan Park (BC High/UMB) start time is 7:45 with the 2018 Boston Park League Championship on the line.

ADSL squeaked out a 1-0 victory to stay alive and extend the series another night despite only having two hits on the night.

Fernando Burgos for ADSL continued his dominant pitching form, throwing a complete game shutout striking out 8 batters. Equally impressive was Greg Tobin for TJO who was perfect into the 5th inning, however, was the tough luck losing pitcher on the night.

ADSL was able to get the lone run across in the 6th on a walk by Nick Herzog, base hit by Kyle Boudrias and deep sac fly by Eddie Riley. That was all that Burgos needed as he retired the side in order in the 7th.

Game 6 Tuesday night at Monan Park (BC High/UMass-Boston).

TJO comes away with its 3rd straight win to take a 3-1 lead in the series.

Trailing by a run in the 2nd inning, TJO loaded the bases with 1 out for Sean Bruen, who tied things up with an RBI single to right. Pat Williamson then put TJO ahead with an HBP, and Sam Steeves made it a 2-run lead with a deep sacrifice fly to left center. After another HBP loaded the bases, Malcolm Nachmanoff provided the big hit with a bases-clearing double to left.

TJO starter Kevin MacIntyre kept the ADSL bats quiet for the next two innings, but they began to chip away in the 5th and 6th innings by capitalizing on 3 errors from the TJO infield to draw within 1. With 2 outs and runners on 2nd and 3rd in the 6th, MacIntyre induced a ground out to escape the inning with the lead still intact, and then threw a 1-2-3 7th inning to close out the game.

TJO comes away with the win in game 3 to go ahead 2-1 in the series.

After a quiet 1st inning, the TJO bats came alive in the 2nd inning by scoring 8 runs on 5 hits, 2 hit batters, and a few defensive miscues by ADSL.

ADSL tried to chip away over the next few innings, but TJO starter Pat Hurley was able to navigate through 5 solid innings before giving way to Sam Miller who came in to close out the game.

Nick Valicenti, Shane Lake, and Sam Miller led the way offensively for TJO with 2 hits apiece.

For ADSL, Andrew Elliot continued his strong series with a 2-run HR, while Nick Herzog, Eddie Riley, and Matt McKinley each reached base 3 times apiece.

TJO comes back to even the series at 1 game apiece behind a complete game shutout from Sam Steeves.

TJO jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 1st when Steeves scored on a bases-loaded walk to Nick Valicenti. ADSL escaped the inning without further damage, and Steeves and ADSL starter Zack Wensley kept things close through the next four innings.

TJO was finally able to add some insurance off of the ADSL bullpen in the 6th inning. John Mulry, Pat Williamson, and Sam Miller hit back to back to back singles to start the 6th, and Malcolm Nachmanoff hit a big bases-loaded double to drive in 3 runs and put the game out of reach.

ADSL takes game one of the Championship Series 8-2.

Offensively, ADSL was led by Andrew Elliott who had a career night, driving in 6 of the 8 runs with a two run single in the third and a Grand Slam to right center the following inning.

The starter for ADSL, Fernando Burgos (2-0) went 5 innings picking up 10 strikeouts. Matt Hailey and David Liffers both threw perfect innings in relief.

The series continues Tuesday at Fallon Field.

Sam Steeves threw 6 solid innings to pick up the win, while the TJO offense put up 12 runs with 11 hits and 11 walks on the night.

Jamie Timothy drove in 4 runs with a pair of doubles, while Ryan Connelly and Jay Turner each scored 2 runs and reached base 4 times.

The A's return to form after getting punched in the mouth, and even the series at 1 apiece. Drew Steele was dominant on the bump, tossing 5 shut-out innings, scattering only a handful of hits. While the A's provided run support out of the gate, giving Steele a cushion before he even stepped on the mound. The A's then poured it on in the top of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th, to put the game out of reach. Bill Clang was efficient in relief, cruising through the middle of the line-up to finish off the win.

Greg Tobin picks up where he left off during the regular season by throwing a 3-hit shutout against the A's dangerous lineup to help TJO jump out to a 1-0 lead in the series.

TJO got on the board in the top of the 2nd inning when Nick Valicenti hit a 1-out double and came around to score on a 2-out, RBI single from Danny Rose.

The A's threatened to tie things up in the bottom of the 4th with 1 out and runners on the corners, but Tobin got out of the jamb with a popup and strikeout to keep the lead at 1.

TJO was able to add some insurance in the top of the 5th when Pat Williamson reached base on an error, and came around to score on a 2-out double from Sam Steeves.

Tobin would cruise from that point on allowing just 1 baserunner over the final 3 innings to finish off the shutout.

Cam Fiorentino pitched well in the loss for the A's, giving up just 1 earned run on 5 hits.

Jordan Aucoin pitched a perfect seventh to secure the 15th consecutive win for ADSL. Both Pat Hurley and Kevin MacIntyre were impressive on the bump for TJO tonight.

TJO comes away with the win behind a 2-hit, 16 strikeout gem from Greg Tobin.

A night after being shutout, TJO came out swinging by scoring 5 runs in the top of the 1st, and followed it up with two great defensive plays in the bottom half of the inning to provide more than enough support for Tobin. Offensively, Nick Valicenti (2-4, HR, 1 RBI, 2 Runs), Sam Steeves (2-3, 2B, 1 RBI, 1 Run), and Sam Miller (2-4, 2B, 2 RBIs, 2 Runs) led the way for TJO with multi-hit nights.

Fernando Burgos threw an impressive no-hitter with 15 strikeouts on the hill for ADSL as he faced one hitter above the minimum.

One runner reached on a throwing error in the 7th, but Burgos retired the next three to complete the no-hitter...only throwing 77 pitches. Incredible.

Eddie Riley blasted a 3-run HR in the 3rd to get the offense started. Then in the 5th, a 2-run opposite field homer by Andrew Elliot, followed by another 2-run shot by Nick Herzog broke the game open for ADSL.

TJO comes away with the win after wriggling out of a no outs, bases-loaded jam in the 7th by inducing a 5-2-3 double play and a short fly ball to right to end it. Kevin MacIntyre went the distance for the win, while Jamie Timothy and Sam Steeves each had multi-hit nights for TJO.

For Cannon, Nathan Doiron battled hard for 6 innings, while Gerry Leung had a multi-hit night.

Lamarre Rey goes the distance for his second CG win on the season, improving to 2-0 for the A's. A pitcher's duel for the first 3 innings, until finally the A's broke the ice with a 2 run 3rd. Then, after some back and forth, the A's put the game on ice with a 3-run 5th. Rey struck out 8 in his 7-inning effort.

Nick Perkins has the longest (unofficial) triple in Park League history getting thrown out at the plate trying to stretch it into a home run. Perkins also has a long double enroute to a 4 for 5 game.

Leo Coelho guts out the complete game win cruising through the last four innings after a shaky third.

Shane Lake has a multi-hit game for TJO.

Towne Club looked like they would be held in check by a shut down pitching performance for TJO by Greg Tobin, especially after gifting 3 runs to the visitors in the top of the 2nd. But, in the 5th, the veteran bats woke up and drove in 6 runs, with 4 XBHs in the inning, which secured the win for TC.

TJO moves to 5-2 on the year behind a complete game shutout from Sam Steeves. Sam Miller put TJO on the board in the 3rd by leading off the inning with a single, and eventually scoring on a 2-out wild pitch. Shane Lake then added some breathing room in the 5th with a long sac-fly to left that ended up scoring 2 thanks to some defensive miscues.

Manuel Melo pitched well for the Padres giving up just 1 earned run in 6 innings.

Greg Tobin picks up his first win of the season by throwing 6 strong innings while allowing just 1 hit with 7 strikeouts for TJO. Christian Hodge and Jamie Timothy led the way offensively with 2 hits and 3 RBIs each, while Sam Miller and Sam Steeves each had multi-hit nights as well.

For Palmer, Nicholas Cordopatri pitched 5 solid innings allowing just 2 earned runs with 8 strikeouts on the night.

Kevin MacIntyre turns back the clock and goes 7 strong for the complete game victory in another close game for TJO. After trading a pair of runs early, Jamie Timothy hit a tie-breaking home run in the 5th, and followed it up by throwing out the potential tying run at the plate from center to end the game.

Padres battled back from a 3-0 deficit in the bottom of the 5th with rbi single from Joaquim Figueroa and a sac fly from Eduardo Soto, who also knock in 2 in the bottom of the 7th including the GW with a single to left. Alex Gonzalez chipped in a rbi with a 2 out 2 strike in the 6th to tie the game. Andrickson Melendez pitched a solid 6 1/3 innings scatering 5 hits with 4 K's for a no decision, Frank Gonzalez came out the bullpen to put out the fire in the 7th to get W

TJO comes away with the walkoff win despite having a rough night defensively. With 2 outs in the 7th, newcomer Pat Williamson singled home the game-tying run. Ryan Connelly then brought home the game-winner by hustling down the line to beat out a grounder to second.

Kevin MacIntyre went 6 strong innings for TJO, while Kenny Henry and Tony Trafecanty pitched well for Palmer.
