The hitting stars in the game were Tamayo Manzanillo who was 4 for 4 for ADSL and Anglin for Grossman who walked twice and hit an opposite field home run to right field.

In a game that ADSL starter Dave Liffers seemed to struggle at times his defense and timely hitting managed to defeat the Palmer Club for the first time this year. Adam Wozniak was the hitting star for Palmer as he took Liffers deep for a two-run homer in the third to turn what was hoped to be an easy victory for ADSL into one that was a battle right to the last out.
