Chuckie Gibson threw well for ADSL, working out of jams in the 2nd and 4th and combining with Blandino in the 6th to limit Palmer to just 4 runs. Despite leaving 8 men on base throughout the contest, Palmer received some clutch hitting from Pat Nicholson (3-3, RBI), Chris Curran (2-4, 2 RBI), and Shane Stande (1-2, RBI) to give Henry all the run support he would need.
