Stockyard came out swinging scoring 3 runs in the top of the first with 4 hits including 2 triples. Stockyard jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead after 2 innings but Carlson came right back scoring 3 to make it a 1 run game going into the 5th. Stockyard would tack on another 3 runs to make a last inning Carlson rally not enough. Stewart Park of Stockyard went 3 for 4 which included one of the five triples hit in the game.
