Steve Corda goes the distance as the Reds take a 2-0 lead in the series over Dave Martin and the White Sox. The Reds scored 2 in the first on a Tony Ramos sac fly and Sean Magee single. In the second Brett Nowlin scored from third on a double steal. The Reds added one in the 3rd, and then one in the 5th on a bases loaded walk. On the mound, Corda was outstanding scattering few hits, and benefiting from strong defense, including a 4-3 double play off a line drive by Martin to get out of a jam in the 6th.
