Neil Doherty Chancelled the Marlins to a do-or-die victory Sunday morning at West Roxbury High. Doherty allowed only six singles and walked none en route to a complete game, 62 pitch shutout. The victory forced a decisive Game 3 on Wednesday night. The Marlins' scintillating franchise record vs. the Yanks now stands at 1-11. The Fish scored three times in the first thanks to Al Becker and Kit Kadlec RBI singles, then ran the score to 4-0 on a Mike Mori second inning single. Andy Herr added three hits and an RBI of his own, and Pat Allen picked up a pinch hit RBI single late in the game. For the Yankees, AJ Bucciarelli was 2-3 and played his usual stellar defense at 2nd.
