A 4 run 4th inning, highlighted by Leland Boutilier's 2RBI double, gave the Rockies a win in their final game of the regular season. Ken Kilduf started the game after a 2 week layoff due to injury and went 4 strong to start the game. But it was Luke Guarino who picked up the win, going to strong innings in relief. Boutilier ended the day with 2RBI and 2R scored to lead the offense. Dave Mitrou and and Sean Magee also had RBI on the day.

Somerville recieved a game effort from Steve Szathmary in recording his 7th victory against no losses. Relief help was provided by Bernie Driscoll getting his 1st save of the year. Offense was set by the table setters Kevin White and Tom McDonough scoring 3 runs and reaching base safely 6 out of 8 times. Scott Rodgers had to hits and reached safely 3 times. Rbi's came by way of Dave Scioli, Mike Feetham and Frank McPherson. Delea pitched a strong game in a losing effort for the Bombers.
