Miguel Gonzalez scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch. Zach Hatfield opened the game with a triple, still in his dress socks from his cousin's wedding, and Kevin Falvey drove him in with a sac fly. Trevor Derochea picked up the win in relief and Jay Gamboa came in to record the last 2 outs for the save. With 2 wins and a save in the Finals, Gamboa earned MVP honors.
