Braves score three in the first and add three more late. Beatrice and Brown throw the fifth and sixth and Ferrante closes the game in his first appearance of the year on the mound. O'Donnell pitches well in defeat for GM/ME throwing a complete game despite defensive miscues behind him.

The Boston Athletics beat Mass Envelope soundly at Fallon. After the last meeting, when ME/GM came back from being down 10, the A's saw it fit to put up 8 runs with their last 6 outs. Young Garett Siegell improved to 4-0 on the season, going 4 scoreless. Then Bill Clang and Dan Gaughan came in to close out the staff shutout.

Michael Krauza tosses a complete game gem striking out 10 while scattering five hits and two walks as Mass Envelope/Grossman Marketing pick up their third win. Joe Stackhouse, Frank Rybicki and Victor Oppenheimer pace the offense with two hits apiece.

The Padres threaten in the 6th with hits by Geronimo, Soto, Fuentes and Ramirez but John Smokovich makes a nice defensive play to quash the rally.

Both teams play solid defense.

The Palmer Club did something that has not been done since PJ Gouthro and Pete Lucido have done years ago. Sean Greene and Tony Trafacanti combined for a no hitter for palmer winning 6-0. The palmer offence was done with hits from Sylvia with a triple,Toledano with another multi game hitting performance and O'sullivan going 3-4. GM had two strong pitching performance's.

Jack Needham improved to 3-0 to start the year. The rookie right-hander, allowed the first three batters of the game to score, before settling in, collecting 10 strikeouts over six frames. ADSL welcomed back their closer, Bobby Tramondozzi who came on in the seventh to collect his first save of the summer.
Offensively, ADSL was led by Kyle Boudrias who went 2-4 with a double, and drove in the tying run in the 6th inning and later went onto score the game winning run on a passed ball.
Mass Envelope/GM got a strong start from Michael Krauza who went 5 innings and added seven strikeouts.

The A's open up the regular season in familiar fashion, with a healthy run total in the 1st inning. The bats would then cool off a bit until the end of the contest plating 6 in the final 2 innings. Of note, Teddy Dziuba and Steve Lambert combined for 7 Rbi's on the night, the latter adding 3 on a 6th-inning 2-out bomb. On the bump, Cam Fiorentino spun a gem, allowing just 2 runs through 6 otherwise spotless innings. Luke Lewando came in to slam the door in the 7th and the A's take game 1.

Mass Envelope/Grossman Marketing kicks off the 2019 season with a hard fought W over Towne Club. A pitching duel early on between Emmertz and Coelho each with 5 K's through 3 innings. With 2 outs in the bottom of the 3rd, Dan Mitchell gets the first ME/GM hit which ultimately leads to 3 runs in the frame. ME/GM will ultimately add 6 more with contributions throughout the lineup. Towne gets within 1 run in the 5th before ME/GM pulls away. Rookie Caleb Eaton earns the save striking out two to end the threat in the 5th.
