In a shortened game due to a myriad of unimportant reasons, Cannon closes it's season with a win.

Another double for Neshe who's hot at the wrong time. Roberge with a 2-2 night and an HR and Bavly caps his stellar hitting season with a 2-3 night.

Dwyer and Simas (S) combine for the win while Simas T has found a new position in the middle infield.

Scanlon supports his own efforts on the mound with 3 hits and Colon adds 3 of his own. Aiena remembers how to play with a 2-4 night and 3 rbi.

Derochea had 2 hits for GM.

Pat Nicholson gives Palmer a strong bat in the middle of the order that they've been searching for. JP Songin makes it interesting in the 7th by serving up meatballs with his noodle arm but works out of a jam to finish Cannon off.

Hueston throws a 1 hitter against a hot ADSL offense for a big Cannon win.

Cannon gets on the board in the 3rd with a leadoff single by McCann (3 hits on the night) and a triple in the trees by McCue.

ADSL answers whn Blandino gets on with an error in the 4th, steals second, and advances to 3rd on a wp. Barrett drives him in with a ground out to second.

Answering back, McCann and McCue do it again with a single and a double to retake the lead for good. Hueston works out of a big jam in the 6th with no out and runners on 2nd and 3rd.

Davis has the lone hit for ADSL.

Grossman Makes it four in a row in a rain delayed and shortened game. Lumb picks up the win; Farrington with his first save.

Cannon jumps out to a quick two run lead with the first two batters of the game scoring. Grossman takes the lead in the 3rd with Carrera, Salvucci and Tenaglia scoring. Strassmann scores an insurance run in the 4th on an RBI by Salvucci.

Bonfiglio is 4 for 4 for Cannon.

TJO pulled off a come behind victory in East Boston winning 6-4. Pitcher Dave Long threw a complete game striking out 12. Hitting stars were Michael Larouque, Will O'Sullivan, Ryan Connelly and Carlos Solano.

Oh and Hemmer had a 3 run homer for Cannon so I guess he gets a star too.

In a wild game Cannon pulls out the walk off.Back to back doubles by McCue and Bavly (3-3,2 rbi) and a hit by Bonfiglio (2-3, 2 rbi) starts the scoring in the 1st. Towne answers right back with a few hits,walks, and a 2 out error. They push the lead further with a big 2 run double by Hoyt in the 3rd. But Cannon answers right back with a hit by Colon and a bases clearing double by Hemmer. Cannon adds another when Bavly triples in McCue. Roberson doubles and with 2 men on, Hoyt lines out to right. McCann doubles Roberson off second and the relay to get the triple play sails out of play. Stefaniak drives in Venditti to tie it in the 6th. Towne has runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out in the 7th with Venditti up. Dwyer now in to pitch gets Venditti to ground to first; Hemmer steps on the bag and fires home to get Hoyt. Bavly leads off with a 2B, moves to 3rd on wp, and beats the throw home on Bonfiglios infield hit

Grossman gets off the schneid with a hard fought win over Cannon. Hampe paces the offense with two hits including his third double in two games. Salvucci and Lambert also each have two hits for Grossman.

Cannon makes it interesting bouncing back from a 6-1 deficit with two runs in the 6th and 7th but Michael Thater limits the damage and goes the distance for Grossman in his last game as a single and happy man.

McCann, McCue, and Bavly have multi-hit games for Cannon.

Hueston only makes two mistakes, a leadoff triple to Geronimo and a single to Flores in the 4th for the Padres only runs. He strikes out 9 en route to the CG 4 hitter.

Cannon busts it open in the 4th sending 10 to the plate with doubles by McCue and Hemmer (reached base all 4 times) and singles by Bavly (2-4, 2 rbi) and Bonfiglio. Cannon hitters walked 12 times on the night.

ADSL pitcher Dave Liffers retired the first eleven Cannon hitters, then yielded a HBP, but retired the next batter keeping the no-hit bid alive through four innings preserving the 3-0 ADSL lead.

Bobby Barrett led the ADSL offense going 3-4 with 2 RBI. All nine ADSL batters reached safely with a hit, but Dave Volante worked out of a couple jams with solid defense behind him to keep the game close.

Cannon answered in the 5th inning with two runs, on their only two hits of the game, one run coming on a long triple by Matt Roberge making the game 3-2. However, Liffers escaped with no further damage.

ADSL then tacked on a run in the 5th and 6th to take a 5-2 lead. Jared Blandino came on in relief throwing two scoreless innings to pick up the save securing the ADSL 5-2 win.

TJO got their 4 hits in the first few innings and that jumped them to an early lead. Cannon battled back and Volante got out of jams to tie it up in the 5th.

Cannon got to the bullpen in the 6th and tacked on 6 with 5 hits and 4 walks. Multi hit games from McCann, Bavly (on base 4 times), Colon, Hemmer (2 runs). MCCue on base all 4 times on the night with 2 runs scored.

Cannon jumps out in the third on Bavlys double and Neshe legs out a infield single for the first run. It seemed Hueston had enough and worked out of jams until the 7th when Bowen got on with a double and came home on Mark Stefaniaks 2 out single.

Mike Stefaniak pitched solid into the eighth working out of jams all game but hit the leadoff batter who was bunted over by McCue. Bavly walked leading to the pitching change. Colon is HBP to load the bases. Neshe grounds to 2nd to bring in a run and an errant throw brings home the second run. After a leadoff walk in the bottom, Hueston closes it out.

After jumping out to a 3 run lead in the first TJO's gives it back to Cannon in the 3rd by allowing 4 runs, 1 earned, off two errors and 4 hits by McCann, Bavly, McCue and Neshe. Sam Miller pitched a strong 7 innings but TJO's was unable to retake the lead.
Scanlon goes the distance for Cannon yielding only 4 hits to get the win.

Bobby Madden leads Padres to win over Cannon with a strong 7 innings on the mound only allowing 4 hits and striking out 7. The offensive was led by OF/1B Zack Barrett, who went 3 for 3(3B,2 R,RBI)and C Colton Whorf, who was 3 for 4(2B,RBI),Lionel Danielson, who went 2 for 4(2 2B,2 R)and a straight steal of home plate in the 4th inning. And solid defense.

Josh Desai was dominant for ADSL, pitching a complete game 4-hit shutout while striking out 11 batters on the night. Desai worked out of a crucial, momentum changing jam in the second inning, stranding runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs by striking out the next two and getting a ground out to end the inning.

ADSL answered in the top of the 3rd with five consecutive hits to start the inning, scoring four runs. Two of them came from a Bobby Barrett 2-run single. The scoring in the third inning proved to be enough for Desai. Joe Presti tacked on two insurance runs in the 7th on a 2-run single to give ADSL the 6-0 victory.

There were two different games played at the Circle tonight. The first one lasted 4 innings and had Tom Simas throwing a 1 hitter with 6k's against the Pads and a 7 run lead. Hits by Bonfiglio and Neshe (both 3 hits on the night)plate Colon and Hemmer in the 1st. Cannon adds in the 3rd on a hustling double by Hemmer and another set from the duo. More in the 4th from the pair as they bring in Colon (3 walks, 2 hits) and Hemmer again.

Game 2 started in the bottom of the 5th. Simas walks the bases loaded and yields back to back hits from Flores and Barrett. Rosandino gets on with a 2 out throwing error that scores 2 and later scores on Soto's double. Sean Simas (no physical relation, just by blood) comes in to end the nightmare.

Cannon answers with 3 more in the 6th with some walks and some help from a balk on the old third to first pick off move and limp to the win.

James Bussiere pitched four solid innings in his first Park League start and in front of a contingent of family and friends; and Mike Stefaniak closed the deal with three hitless innings, retiring 9 of 10. Red-hot Chris Hoyt had his 11th multiple hit game (2 for 4, 2 SB, run , rbi), and doubles by Tim Corey and Alex Venditti powered Towne's offense. Dave Volante went the distance for Cannon.

Rich Scanlon earns his first Park League win with a 9K complete game performance as Cannon wins with the walk off.

ADSL scored first on a double by Davis that scored Blandino but Cannon answered back in the 2nd on Mccanns single that scored Mccue. ADSL came right back on Blandinos triple that grazed a leaf and later scored on a sac fly by Ellis.

Cannon chips back with a big 2 out double by Bonfiglio to score Mccue in the bottom half. Scanlon then took over, worked out of a big jam in the 6th when ADSL had two on and 1 out with K's to end the inning.

Duffy leads off the 6th with a single and Colon bombs him home with a big triple to tie it up. In the 7th, Bonfiglio singles for his second hit and moves to third on a hit by Dassoni and walk by Duffy. McCann drives the ball to center to plate Bonfiglio in the comeback.

Hueston chugs through 7 to pick up his third win of the season as Cannon takes some midget steps back into the thick of things and breaks their losing streak. Bavly, Colon, and Hemmer start off the first with consecutive hits to get the early lead. An error in the second helps score Neshe and Dwyer is driven in on Bavly's second hit of the night.

GM comes right back with hits by Salvucci (3-4 on the night)Carrera, Malloy and Reinhart (3 hits as well). But Cannon keeps the 4 run lead with hits by Dwyer and Duffy in the 4th. Walsh leads off the 6th with a big triple and scores on Franz' fielders choice and all was quiet after that.

Cannon jumped out to a 5-0 lead taking advantage of two ADSL errors in the top of the 5th inning. However, ADSL would answer in the bottom of the 5th, scoring four runs on five hits to pull within one.

ADSL would then load the bases in 6th with one out and get an RBI groundout by Paul Cleary to even the game at 5-5. Mike Davis singled in the 8th and advanced to second on a failed pickoff attempt. Shane Rhuda (3-4, RBI), in his Park League debut, lined a base hit to the gap for the dramatic extra innings walk-off comeback victory for ADSL.

ADSL used four different pitchers in the game, all throwing well (0 ER), with Frankie Tierney coming in the game in the 7th and throwing two scoreless innings of relief to get the win.

Ryan Bowen pitched well in defeat for Cannon going the distance.

Padres over come adversity to notch 2nd win of the season. Led by shortstop Jordan Matos(2 for 4, double and 3 RBI's)who knock in the GW with a single in the 7th. Another strong start from Jarlin Gomez, who went 5 innings with 9K's. Solid bullpen help from Jeremy Leopoid, who came on in the 6th with base jammed with 1 out then retired the last 5 hitters in order, including the meat of the order by strikeout. Kyle Rosadino chipped in 2 hits including a double.

The offense took awhile to get going. In fact, it even needed help to get going. But, Towne rallied through the last three innings with big hits by Mark Stefaniak (2-run single, important sac bunt), Alex Holt (tie-breaking single) and Tim Corey (2 rbi doubles). Ed Bernstein likewise found a late groove, and despite a two-run single by RJ McCann and a big triple by Greg Hammer he was around to the end to pick up his first win of the year.

In a hard fought game that had 2 light failures, Cannon wins in a walk off.

Cannon jumps ahead in the 2nd with 3 runs on six hits but ADSL chips back to tie it back in the 5th on the first of two triples by Kelly. Cannon answers with a triple by Colon to score Hemmer and regain the lead.

Down to their last strike, Cleary knocks in Kelly to tie it again. In the bottom, McCann walks and advances to 2nd on McCues bunt, but a misplay has all safe. Then the lights go out.

On the restart, Libby has to leave the game bringing in Barrett. Hemmer drives the ball to right but McCann is thrown out at the plate. Colon then comes up and drives in McCue for the winner.

Towne jumps out in the 1st on a 3 run blast by Bowen but Cannon answers back in the bottom with timely hits by McCue and Martin to knot it back up. A sac fly by Connor Duffy drives in Mccue in the 3rd gives Cannon the lead. Taking advantage of walks in the 4th and a big hit by Duffy pushes the lead to 4 and McCue's second hit of the night brings in McCann in the 5th.

Hueston tires in the 6th as hits by Haser, Hoyt, Dresser and Collins plate 4 runs and makes the game a nailbiter again. In relief for Cannon, Clark hits the first batter who advances to second on Coreys second hit of the night. But they were stuck there as Clark was able to close things down for the save.

TJO Sports wins their opener over Cannon by a score of 9 - 1 behind the strong pitching of Pat Hurly and a big 6 run sixth inning. Pat pitched 5 innings allowing 1 run on 3 hits while striking out 6. A triple by Ivan Colon drove in the run for Cannon in the first. The big sixth inning was started by Sam Miller with a triple followed by four consecutive hits netting 6 runs. Strong offense performance by Chris Johnson (2 for 4, 3 RBI), Derek Reddy (2 for 4), Ryan Connelly (2 for 4), Mike Pisano (2 for 4)and Sam Miller (2 for 4). Sam Steeves closed out the last two innings with 5 strike outs.

Hueston picks up the CG win fanning 7 and giving up 4 hits. Godin hits the solo shot in the second to give Towne the early lead and Bernstein seemed to have the Cannon batters in check sitting down 10 into the fifth. Pat Martin gets Cannon going in the 5th with his second hit and Scanlon follows with a walk. But with 2 out and 2 strikes on McCue, he misses a spot and McCue bombs a ball to deep right center for a 3 run blast to give Cannon all they need.
