Game 3: ADSL loaded the bases in the first inning with no-outs. After failing to score and now two outs, Frankie Tierney (2-4, 2 R,2B, 3B, 5 RBI) picked up the slack and lined a bases clearing double under the diving attempt by Ryan Connelly. Tierney then scored on Mike Davis' deep double to left giving ADSL the early 4-0 lead. TJO starter Tyler Shute then settled in over the next four innings, retiring the next eleven ADSL hitters, keeping TJO within distance to stay alive. TJO then threatened in the 5th, chasing ADSL starter Dave Liffers (4.1, W, 7 Ks) cutting the lead to 4-3. Tommy McDonald worked out of the 5th to secure the ADSL lead.
-ADSL answered with a big 6th, chasing Shute by scoring five runs on five hits, starting with Tierney's 2-run deep triple to right center giving ADSL the 9-3 lead. TJO continued to fight, pulling within two runs and the tying run on second; ADSL barely escaped with a great play by SS Joe Presti.

Game 2: After an incredible finish to game 1, TJO and ADSL were back at it Friday night at Fallon Field in a pivotal game 2. TJO jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the first inning on back to back hits by Max Hart (3-4, 3 RBI) and Joe Lyons (2-3, 2 RBI). TJO pitcher Sam Miller allowed just one hit through 5 1/3 but ADSL was able to scrape across three runs to stay within distance. After five full innings, TJO led 5-3.
---TJO added to their lead once again by scoring two more in the 6th, however, Nick Kinsella came in relief and escaped a 6th inning jam to keep ADSL within striking distance. ADSL then chipped away at TJO's lead, by scoring two in the bottom of the 6th making it 7-5. ADSL continued to battle in the 7th, a leadoff HBP and ground out with a throwing error scored a run with one out. Another HBP, double by Josh Ellis, and an int. BB that set up Tom Kelly (3-4, 4 RBI) for a dramatic two-run walk off single for the ADSL win.

Game 1: The Boston Park League playoffs started off with a wild game at Fallon field between ADSL and TJO Sports. ADSL jumped out to an early 3-0 through three inn. behind pitcher Josh Desai. ADSL added to the lead, scoring four more runs in the 5th inn. behind big nights by Frankie Tierney (4-4, BB, 2 RBI) and Bobby Barrett (4-5, 2 RBI). Desai carried a no-hitter through 6.1, keeping TJO hitters off balance all night. Joe Lyons broke up the no-hit bid in the 7th with one runner on and one out.
---Then, TJO Sports extended the inning one batter at time, scored three runs and chased Desai from what was nearly a no-hit bid.
TJO took advantage of reliever Jared Blandino's wildness, who then finally escaped the inning, but not before TJO scored 7 runs to force extra inn. in a remarkable comeback. Blandino then doubled with one out and scored on Bobby Barrett's single on a bang, bang play at home. ADSL made two diving plays in the 8th.

In a shortened game due to a myriad of unimportant reasons, Cannon closes it's season with a win.

Another double for Neshe who's hot at the wrong time. Roberge with a 2-2 night and an HR and Bavly caps his stellar hitting season with a 2-3 night.

Dwyer and Simas (S) combine for the win while Simas T has found a new position in the middle infield.

The 2nd game was a back and forth affair until Jeremy Leopoid came out the bullpen to shut down TJO for another 3 innings to win his 2nd game of the day. And some outstanding defense from 3rd baseman Francisco Minaya, who also went 2 for 4 with 3 RBI's. Eriberto Tejeda(1 for 1,3 HB)cleared the bases in the 5th with a double. Lionel Danielson and Jordan Matos both knocked in 2 runs. TJ Lane scored 3 runs.

Padres break through with 4 runs in the 4th, with a bases clearing triple by Zack Barrett to left center field then scored on a dropped strike 3. That's all Jeremy Leopoid needed, as he scattered 5 hits behind some solid defense for his 3rd win of the season.

With 5-game winner Raymond Malagon exiting the game after two innings with elbow stiffness, Connor Farrell (3 innings) and Tim Corey (2-inning save, 4 Ks) pick up the reigns and hold onto the victory. Derek Ready led of the game with a home run for TJO and Sam Miller went the route.

TJO pulled off a come behind victory in East Boston winning 6-4. Pitcher Dave Long threw a complete game striking out 12. Hitting stars were Michael Larouque, Will O'Sullivan, Ryan Connelly and Carlos Solano.

Oh and Hemmer had a 3 run homer for Cannon so I guess he gets a star too.

PJ Gouthro threw 5 strong innings of giving up only 2 runs against a strong TJO Sports club. Gouthro left the game tied at 2. In the bottom of the 7th, with 2 outs, Jim Pierce slapped a single to right field to start a little rally. JP Songin then had a base hit to right to set the stage for Frank Alexopoulous. Alexopoulous, with 2 outs, ripped a single to left field to score Pierce from second base for the walk off win. Pat Nicholson pitched 2 scoreless innings to take the win for Palmer. Credit to TJO for a good game and stopping a streak of 10 straight stolen bases by Pierce. It was bound to happen eventually.

Reddy has three hits for TJO. Eaton and McIntyre throw well for TJO giving up no earned runs.

Josh Desai pitched a complete game, allowing six hits and striking out seven batters to improve his record to to 5-2 on the season.

ADSL had some timely hitting and played solid defense on the night, keeping the lead the throughout the game. TJO scored twice in the 5th to pull within one run, but ADSL responded with two insurance runs in the 6th led by Greg Speliotis' triple and then scoring on a throwing error. Desai struck out the final three hitters of the game for the complete game victory.

Pitching and defense was the recipe for victory for TJO. Behind the strong pitching performance of Tyler Shute who threw a shutout, three double plays by the middle of the infield - Joe Lyons and Derek Reddy and a great throw from left fielder Max Hart - TJO won their 14th game of the season.

It was Back to the Future night at Fallon Field as the wily Kevin McIntyre spun a gem keeping the red hot ADSL team off balance throughout his complete game victory. McIntyre pitched seven strong innings leading TJO to the 8-4 victory. Hitting stars were Derek Reddy and Chris Johnson.

Cannon got to the bullpen in the 6th and tacked on 6 with 5 hits and 4 walks. Multi hit games from McCann, Bavly (on base 4 times), Colon, Hemmer (2 runs). MCCue on base all 4 times on the night with 2 runs scored.

Palmer got a strong 5 inning performance out of ole vet PJ Gouthro. Gouthro scattered 6 hits on his way to the win. Kyle Ritchie picked up yet another save as he pitched the last 2 innings giving up 2 hits. Palmer played well defensively behind their pitchers as the middle infield combination of Johnny Phelan and Matt Lipsett played flawlessly to secure the victory. TJO Sports got a great pitching performance from Tyler Shute.

In a back and forth extra inning contest - TJO scored six in the 9th for a well earned victory. Pat Hurley continued his strong pitching with seven strong innings striking out four while he added a hit and RBI. Catcher Justin Nicklas had the big hits knocking in three runs while the top of the order,Derek Reddy and Ryan Connelly, were on base eight times in the game. Chris Johnson recorded the win out of the bullpen and knocked in his 17th run of the season

After jumping out to a 3 run lead in the first TJO's gives it back to Cannon in the 3rd by allowing 4 runs, 1 earned, off two errors and 4 hits by McCann, Bavly, McCue and Neshe. Sam Miller pitched a strong 7 innings but TJO's was unable to retake the lead.
Scanlon goes the distance for Cannon yielding only 4 hits to get the win.

Missing 5 guys from their lineup, including their fearless leader and reigning Manager of The Year JP Songin, Palmer pounded out 8 runs against a tough TJO team. Palmer had to rely on half the graduating class of 2005 from Brockton High School with 3 Brockton kids in their lineup including starting pitcher Joe Lucier. Lucier hit a bomb to left for a triple but advanced to home on an overthrow to 3rd. Another starting pitcher, Tony Trafecanty, played a solid 2B and has a modest 2-game hitting streak. The highlight of his 2-game show-and-go appearances was a hose he released in the 7th inning tonight...a seven hop seed to first that alluded the Palmer 1st baseman. Eric "The Beard" Williams shut down the TJO offense after giving up 3 runs in the 1st to earn the win. Jim Pierce had to use mapquest on the bases as he finally got some hits (3-4, 2B, 2 runs, 3 RBI). Matt Lipsett continued his hot hitting with 2 hits, 2 RBI, and great defense.

TJO's won an exciting game over the Palmer Club in 9 innings on Gerard Florentino's game winning single.

After TJO's took an early two run lead on hits by Brad Petipas and Ryan Connelly the Palmer Club came back on Korchin's 2 run double in the 6th to tie the games. Both teams swapped runs in the 7th to set up Gerard's game winning in the 9th.

Tyler Shute pitched seven strong innings striking out 7 with no walks. Mike LaRoque pitched a strong two innings to earn the win. Henry went the distance for Palmer striking out 6.

The offense was lead by Ryan Connelly, Mike Pisano and Brad Petitipas.

Padres battle back after being down 3-0, with a 4 spot in 3rd to take the lead. Led by Rookie catcher Colton Whorf(NYU)2 for 3 with 2B &3B and 3 RBI's and LF Jorge Geronimo (1 for 3 with HR and 2 RBI's) quietly becoming one of the league's upcoming young talents. In the 3rd a 2 run homer by Jorge to tie the game then a triple by Colton to take the lead 4-3. In the 5th CF Kyle Rosadino and Jorge set the table then with 2 outs Colton lines a double down the left field for 2 more runs. The infield combo of SS Jordan Matos and Nate Adams turned 3 DBL plays. And let not forget a solid performance from Jeremy Leopoid on the mound scattering 7 hits with 5 K's to win his 2nd game of the season.

Raymond Malagon no-hits first-place and previously unbeaten TJO and picks up his 4th win of the year. He walked three and only struck out three, but there wasn't much resembling a hit all night - a couple of fairly well-hit but easily caught balls to CF Chris Hoyt and a dazzling play by shortstop Billy Collins on a slow bouncer to lead off the 7th. Hoyt's speed, reaching on an error in the first and scoring on Collins GIDP, and 2-out, 2-run single in the 2nd; and Tim Corey's RBI double provided the offense.

The big hit came off the bat of Max Hart driving in two runs with two outs to take the lead.
Sloppy defense by TJO's in the first two innings allowed ADSL to jump to a 3 run lead.

After spotting ADSL a 3 run lead in the 1st TJO's fought back to take the lead in the top of the 6th. ADSL tied the game forcing extra innings. Bobby Barrett blasted a HR into the night for ADSL in the 4th. TJO's put across 2 in the 8th and Mike Larouque closed the door to secure the win. Offense was lead by Ryan Connelly (2 for 4) and Chris Johnson (2 for 4 2 RBI). Big double by rookie Justin Nicklas to jump start the 5 run 6th inning.

TJO Sports wins their opener over Cannon by a score of 9 - 1 behind the strong pitching of Pat Hurly and a big 6 run sixth inning. Pat pitched 5 innings allowing 1 run on 3 hits while striking out 6. A triple by Ivan Colon drove in the run for Cannon in the first. The big sixth inning was started by Sam Miller with a triple followed by four consecutive hits netting 6 runs. Strong offense performance by Chris Johnson (2 for 4, 3 RBI), Derek Reddy (2 for 4), Ryan Connelly (2 for 4), Mike Pisano (2 for 4)and Sam Miller (2 for 4). Sam Steeves closed out the last two innings with 5 strike outs.
