Mike O'Brien pitched six innings for the win. He scattered four hits and struck out seven.
Steve Gath had the only RBI for Lexington with a sacrifice fly in the third and a 2-0 lead.
Mike Addesa had two hits for Testa.
Ariel De la Cruz started both games for Testa and took the loss in both. |

Dan Graham drove in three runs with a pair a doubles in the first two innings to power Lexington to a 6-3 win Monday night in the first game of a doubleheader.
Jack Laurendeau with 2 hits and 2 runs and Tommy McKenna with a run and 2 hits aided the Blue Sox cause.
Drew Brzozowski picked up the win going six innings. Brett Fistes had a 1-2-3 7th for the save.
Jose Fortuna scored 2 runs for Testa. Willie Allen, Mike Addesa and Devin Perry each had an RBI for Testa. |

Dave Ahern drove in 3 runs and Jeff Vigurs drove in 2 to drive the offense. Steve Gath scored 3 runs and Justin Wright scored twice as eight different players either scored or drove in a run. |

Rob O'Neil went the distance for Testa and Ryan McNiff pitched 5 innings of shutout relief for the Americans as the teams played to a 6-6 tie.
Devin Perry homered and doubled for the Bombers, while Mike Adessa, two doubles, and Mark O'Flynn, a single and a double, also had two hits. Aaron Finkelstein drove in two Testa runs with a 2nd inning double.
Chris Salvati drove in three American runs, Mike Burgoyne chipped in with two singles and an RBI, and John Barber's bottom of the seventh solo-homer tied the game.

Mike O'Brien (2-0) had a no-hitter through six, but Josh Klimkiewicz broke it up with a lead off double in the seventh and scored on Mike Adessa's single up the middle to end the shutout bid as Lexington won Friday night 4-1.
The first two Lexington runs came on RBI doubles by Justin Wright and Steve Gath. Mike Abraham's two-out two-run single in the fifth closed out the scoring for Lexington.
O'Brien struck out eight and walked one in his bid for a no hitter. |
