The Vipers took an early lead to give Billy Rolls, who was on his game, all the support he would need to get the win, Darwin Hernandez opened the game with a long opposite field triple and scored the games first run on a fielders choice. After Jimmy Carmilia Led off the second inning with a wall ball double he scored on a double by Cesar Romero and the Vipers added 3 more on successive hits by Hernandez and mike Terrio and an opposite field wall ball bases clearing double by Jeff Roach. The braves hit the ball hard at times and put men on base all night. Steve Hare looked good also but the Vipers bats came alive in the 2nd and 5th. Steven Barry and Eric Wright also both had multi-hit games for the Braves.

Billy Rolls earns his first well deserved win of the year with 5 solid innings and the relief held the fort the last 3. The Vipers bats were alive to support the pithing as several players had multi-hit games including a 3 hit 3 run 2 RBI performnce by Jose Toledano, 2 doubles by Jeffery Roach and a 2-run blast by Darwin Hernandez. The Braves played a gutsy game as they were shorthanded in this one. DeLong, Gaudet, Kozar and Wright also had multi-hit games for the Native American squad.

It was a hard fought game, back and fourth through 7 innings. The braves broke the game open in the 8th with some timely hitting and a little good fortune and came away with the win. Angelo Amico powered through 8 solid innings on the bump, and Brian Gaudet shut the door in the 9th with an impressive final frame.
