The White Sox dodged rain drops and quenched with O'Douls on their way to a 13-1 victory over the Red Sox. Andrew Hubbard goes the distance on the mound with a stellar performance.

The Sox were paced by the bats of Jon Naumowicz (3 3B's, 4R), and Scott Guillerault (HR, 3 RBI). Tim Zubak added 2 hits on his way to a perfect day at the plate and Steve Shaw reached base 4 times (2H). Ivan Clemente was great behind the dish and added 3 R's at the plate.

A's put up 9 and throw a shutout to defeat the Red Sox. Donaruma went 2-4, Breidenstine went 2-2, and Mooney went 3-4 with 3 RBI to pace the A's. Kapuza gets the win in a pitcher-by-committee game in which the A's gave up 1 hit.

The Jays would throw out the same exact lineup for game 2. Campbell took the hill for another 5 innings of work(threw 12 total for both games) and Jake Stewart would come in for the final two innings and get the save.

Campbell was a stud at the plate going a perfect 2-2 with a BB and RBI. Gagne and Thomas would each get 2 hits.

Jays take game 1 of the double dip behind the arm of Brent "Soup" Campbell and solid play by their 2 outfielders. Campbell would pitch a complete game victory for the Jays who only had 8 guys.

The offense was lead by RED HOT Jays hitter Colin " Doppler" Confoey and Bob Marszalek(who was sporting a sweet mullet). Confoey went 2-3 with 2 3B and 3 runs scored, while Bob was 3-4 with a 2B and two RBI.

The Senators win a wet one at Chelsea High, beating a scrappy Red Sox squad 2-1. Making his 2011 debut on the mound, Kevin Delaney pitched a complete game, limiting the Red Sox to 1 run on 4 hits. Delaney was in control all night and struck out the side in the 4th.

The only Senator runs came in 3rd when Jeff Rausch led off with a double and scored on a failed fielder's choice by Rheault. Rheault would later score to plate the winning run on another fielder's choice by Dumont.

Allen Ramsay pitched well for the Red Sox allowing just 3 hits while striking out 7.

Jake "The Snake" Stewart took the ball for the start and went all the way to the finish. Stew threw 7 innings and had 8 strikeouts and the game in the blazing sun went in a speedy Greg Maddux type of affair, just under 4 hours.

Game 2 saw another great pitching performance by a Spinner, Ben O'Shea. O'Shea, in his first start for the Spinners, had a complete game, no run, 2 hit, 15 Strike Out performance. The Spinners bats were led by Mike Navarro and Mike Mori, both with 2 hits. Dan Wilson knocked in 3 RBIs on his lone AB.

Letourneau had the Sox 1st hit in the 4th on a towering double to LF.

Great pitching performance on the day by the Spinners, combining for 29 SO.

The story of Game 1 was Dan Wilson. Improving to 3-0, Wilson finished with a complete game, 3 hits, no walks, 14 Strike Out game. Spinners played good small ball moving players around and getting people on base. Megerdician had 2 RBIs on the day.

Doster had 2 hits for the Sox, 1 triple and a single.

in the opener for the new look Brew Crew it was famiiar faces leading the way. Phil Meador was the spark at the top going 3-4 with 2 stolen bases, and the immortal Steve Pinner had a 2RBI double, to lead the Brewers victory. Mike Gentile turned in a solid performance going the distance striking out 10. newcomer Eddie Fernandez also had a solid day at the plate.

The Brewers are off for a week before a twin bill with the A's.
