Nick Peters let up 1 hit thru 5 innings and got out of a big jam in the 6th to hold on as the Plymouth Pirates manufatured just enough offense for the win. John Miccicci came up big for the pirates with 2 RBI's in the game that held up.

Foxboro won in a mercy rule shortened game The Knights' Phil Towne (Westfield State) pitched all 5 innings to get the CG win striking out 7, with 3 BB's, while only allowing 2 hits. Towne did not allow an ER. Knights' SS Ben Wagner (Westfield State) scored 3 runs out of the leadoff spot, while 1B Charles Erickson (Franklin Pierce) went 1-3 with a BB and a 2 out 2 RBI double in the 2nd inning out of the cleanup spot.
