The Sens end the season on a high note with a series sweep of the Tigers. The Tigers jumped out in front in the top of the third with 4 runs on clutch hitting by Griff, Coop and Byrne.

In the bottom of the 4th the Sens roar back with 5 runs on hits by Bill Sinopoli, Greg Conant, Matt Meuse, Dave Timmons, Jerry Adler and a Chelsea special dong by Nate Laliberte.

Drew Bonnette held the Tigers scoreless in the 5th and the 6th and Laliberte struck out the side in the 7th to end the game.

The Sens wish the Tigers good luck in their playoff run.

Senators win game 2 of the season series behind a strong pitching performance from Eric Wilkins. Wilk pitched 6.1 innings allowing only 3 runs. Matt Coyne entered the game in the 7th to earn the save.

Offensively, the Senators scored 4 runs in the first and that was it. John Maryanski and Dave Timmons chipped in with RBI singles. Bill Sinopoli had two hits.

Chad Griffiths suffered the hard loss.

Bo Gillette threw a complete game with 12K's to notch the victory. Chris Buckley had 3 hits including a late-inning RBI to pace the Orioles offense and Julio Gonzalez helped behind the plate by gunning down two would-be base stealers.

For the Senators, Eric Wilkins went the distance on the hill and John Maryanski had a pair of hits including a double.

Reds win a wild one at Clifford, coming back from 4 down in the last inning to take the walk off win on a Chris Allen double.

The Reds took a lead into the 6th when the Senators offense exploded for 5 runs capitalized by a Laliberte 3-rbi triple.

The Reds fought back in the bottom of the 7th with the offense getting started thanks to the bottom of the order getting on. After the Reds flipped the order, Melia had an rbi single followed by a Dumas 2-rbi double and capped off with the Chris Allen walk off.

Meuse, Laliberte and Sinopoli all had huge offensive nights for the Senators with 3 hits each.

In a back and forth game, the Reds take the win behind a complete game from David Callaghan.

The Senators got on the board in the first with a double steal that scored a run. Reds tied the game in the 3rd thanks to an rbi single from Garabedian. Senators came back an inning later with a two-run pool shot from Laliberte.

The Reds came back with two of their own in the fifth thanks to a Knell 2-rbi single and pulled ahead for good in the top of the 7th with an rbi double from Dumas who later scored an insurance run thanks to a sacrifice grounder from Knell.

In the first meeting since game 5 of the 2008 Bay State divisional championships, rookie Bob Sinopoli and Jon Rheault and their battery-mate Matt Meuse combine to no-hit the second place Reds. In a spot start, Sinopoli was dominant through 5 with 8 Ks. In the 6th, Jon Rheault relieved Sinopoli when a blister prevented him from continuing. Rheault secured the win, pitching two perfect frames while also earning his second career no-hitter.

Offensively, things were also quiet for the Sens until the 7th when Matt Coyne (BB) and Matt Meuse (2B) were driven home on a single by Greg Conant.

Reds starter Mike Nadolny pitched well in defeat.

The A's scored 3 time in the top of the first and never looked back, highlighted by a Santi Mazzeo 2 RBI double. Andrew Billig was on base 5 times, going 2-for-2 with 4 runs scored and 2 stolen bases. Alan Donaruma scored 3 times.

Talal Saleh put in another strong effort, notching his 5th victory of the season. Steve Kapuza closed it out with two scoreless innings of relief.

Doherty and Minerva combined to limit the Senators to a single run on Saturday, and were backed by strong defense and key situational hitting by the Rangers. Jon Hart collected 2 RBI and Al Becker scored twice for the Rangers.

With lightning bolts crashing down, the Senators move into third place with a win against the expansion Blue Jays. The Senators got to Blue Jays ace Kyle Buika early when Matt Coyne laced a double to left scoring Nate Laliberte. That was all the Senators would need as Coyne and Bob Sinopoli held the Blue Jays to no runs on just 4 hits.

Coyne started the day but had to come out after a long rain delay. Rookie Bob Sinopoli took over and was dominant striking out 7 over 5 innings while only allowing 2 hits. Sinopoli struck out the side in the 7th and chipped in at the plate with an RBI single and a stolen base. Mom will be proud you got that uniform dirty.

For the Blue Jays, Ryan Bere continued his fine year with 2 of the 4 Blue Jays hits and a stolen base.

The Senators Mike Cook and the Cutters Steve Roberts battled it out in the pitching duel of the year. Cook took a no hitter into the 7th when Adam Del Rio broke it up with an infield single. Roberts control was impeccable striking out 10 in 7 innings allowing just 2 hits while walking none. Neither would factor in the decision as the game went into extra innings.

In the 9th, Greg Crossman knocked a 1-out double to left. After Adam DelRio was intentionally walked and Tony Ramos drilled a single to left, the stage was set for Tim Melanson. With a 3-2 count, Melanson delivered a bases loaded gap single for the walk off win.

Matt Richard earned the win in relief tossing two scoreless innings.

Senators come out on top behind a strong pitching performance from Matt Coyne. Coyne was efficient through 4 and then ran into trouble in the 5th allowing 3 unearned runs. On the day, Matt scattered 4 hits while striking out 5. Bob Sinopoli closed the door in the 7th.

Offensively, the Senators jumped out in front in the 2nd on a leadoff HBP, a single by Dave Timmons, a sac bunt by Coyne and back to back hits from Jon Rheault and Dennis Ingram. Rheault chipped in with a sac fly in the 3rd to seal the deal.

On the day, Ingram was 2-2 with 2 runs and 2 key stolen bases in the 6th and a diving catch in left to end the 4th. Rheault was also a menace with a clutch double in the second and 3 RBIs.

Grays starter Jay O'Hara took the tough loss.

The White Sox rally for 4 in the 7th to tie the Senators and force extra innings. Sox push across 3 in the 9th to earn the victory.

Anthony Tomaro picks up his 3rd win of the season going all 9 innings for the Sox. Tomaro surrendered 5 runs (2 earned), while striking out 7 in a typical gritty performance.

The White Sox offense was led by Kevin Beliveau and Jon Naumowicz. Beliveau had 2 hits including a key RBI single in the 7th. Naumo was the star with a 2-run single to tie the game in the 7th and an RBI double to score the winning run in the 9th.

Eric Wilkins pitched very well for the Senators. Pedro Gill, Bill Sinopoli, John Maryanski, and Greg Conant had multi-hit games for the Senators.
