Anthony DelPrete won his seventh straight game on the hill as the Bombers plated 2 in the seventh for a 2-0 win in a pivotal matchup vs. Wakefield at Walsh Field. Pete Fischer of Wakefield kept his team in the game holding the Bomber offense to just 4 hits. It looked like nobody would score in this one, especially after LJ Demaino ran down a 400 foot plus bomb by Nick Marthino to start the top the seventh, but with 2 out and nobody on the Bombers drew 2 walks and scrathced out 2 hits to plate the only 2 runs of the game. Good defense by both teams as they played their second straight game vs. each other that was done in less than 90 minutes.
