Dodgers break out of a six game slump behind the strong pitching of Chris Michienzi. Michienzi (2-0) pitched his 1st complete game in the YBL, allowing 7 hits, 1 walk, 1 earned run and 5 strikeouts. The offense was big all night, and it was led by catcher Steve DeFusco (4-5, double, triple, 2 runs, 2 RBI). LF Steve Walsh went 2-2 with a triple, 2 runs and 4 RBI, SS Derek Barauskas was 2-5 with 2 runs, 2 SB's and an RBI. 1B Jared Doucette also added 2 hits, with a double and an RBI. Everyone chipped in, as every Dodger reached base at least once. Cambridge starter Eric Hannah took a tough loss in 6 innings of work. He pitched around 150 pitches on a tough night of work. Greg Megadehsian and A.J. LeBrecque added 2 hits each for the Spinners.

Sox come from behind winning on a walk off walk by Chris Dargon. JT Ross weathered an early storm to pick up the complete game win, on his birthday. Whitmore takes the loss for Brookline despite taking a no-hitter into the fifth inning. Massarotti sparked the come back with two hits and scoring the winning run. Jacobson also had two hits for the Sox. Zides had two hits for Brookline.
