Derrick Gauvin gets the win for Waltham as the Sox got out quick putting up 4 runs in the first. In a 4-1 game in the third Waltham had a chance to put the game away, loading the bases with no outs. The Mets didn't allow a run to cross the dish and was 4-1 until Waltham put up 4 in the 6th. Derrick Luccini stays hot with the stick going 4-4 with 2 RBI and 2 runs, Dana Levensaler was 3-4 and Jon Churchil, Pete Fricker, Beetle Lebrun all had 2 hits each. After starting 0-4, Waltham has now won 8 of their last 9.
