Sabers' Nick Johnson earns his sixth win, to cap off a terrific season on the mound. Johnson struck out 11 batters, to add to his Boston Park League single season strikeout record of a whopping 124 strikeouts through 61 innings pitched. Johnson passed Bret Urban of Grossman Marketing who had 97 strikeouts in 2012. (Since the inception of the 400hitter in 2007.) Angelo Colucci led the Saber offense with 2 hits and 4 RBI. Ian Strom also had 2 hits and 3 RBI. Alan Avila earned the save. The Sabers would like to thank President Walter Bentson and the Boston Park League for a fun inaugural season.
