With an offering of rum to Jobu before tonight's game the Palmer Club's bats came to life exploding for 13 hits and 13 runs. On a night Tony Trafecanty didn't have his best stuff he showed some real cohones by gutting out 5 & 1/3 innings striking out 8. The offense clicked across the board with contributions from 1-9. Simple Jack Magane was 4-5, Eric Shortly used black magic to go 4-4 with a home run, and even "Mad" Max Iorio mustered a 2-4 game with a triple and double. Along with the offerings to Jobu the presence of Kyle Zembsch was key in the victory as he brought some much needed morale and former Towne Club presence to the team.
