In a see-saw battle, the Spinners won their third in a row with a 6-4 win over the South Shore Giants. Tied 4-4 in the seventh, Ricky Salvia singled in Adam Johnson to take the lead. Drew Risk drove in a run for insurance in the seventh. Dan Blomerth won in relief, pitching three innings and allowing only two hits. Alex McCormack led the Giants with two hits, including a double and scored a run. Darrell Tillmon pitched six innings with five strikeouts.
