The Boston Havoc walk off with a bases-loaded game-winning line drive by Rommo Peguero to defeat the Cambridge Spinners, 10-9. The game did not start so remarkable. The Havoc jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the first inning. By the end of the second inning, they led 9-0. Seth Perkins pitched the first 4 innings for the Havoc, allowing just 1 hit, and kept the Spinners scoreless. In the 5th inning, all hell broke loose from the bullpen. The Spinners scored 3 runs off 3 walks and a series of wild pitches to bring the game to 9-3. And in the 6th inning, the first 6 batters reached and scored to tie the game, 9-9. Romello Carbuccia entered to pitch relief with 1 out in the 6th and stopped the bleeding. Carbuccia then threw a 1-2-3 to close the 7th. This set the stage for the Havoc walkoff. In the bottom of the 7th, Paysa Garcia singled, Carbuccia reached on error, and Omar Ortiz walked. Rommo Peguero delivered the game winner.
