Backed by the strong pitching of Dan Blum and four double plays, the Spinners won their sixth in a row shutting out the Boston Dodgers 8-0. Blum pitched five scoreless innings, allowing just one hit while striking out three. JM Doerr kept the Dodgers off the board in the last two innings.
