Spinners got out to a 4 run lead in the 4th inning and held on for an 8-7 victory over Bombers on Wednesday. Bombers scored 3 runs in the 6th to cut the lead to 1 run. The offensive onslaught was led by O'Hara, Parra, and Dziuba, all driving in runs in the frame. In the 7th with 2 outs, the Bombers threatened to tie the game. With Hayes on 2nd, O'Hara singles to right field and Knowles throws a strike home, to end the game at the plate.
