Dante Padovani took the hill for the Bulldogs and delivered 5 strong innings giving up just 3 hits and allowing 1 run on a pass ball in the third inning. The Bulldogs Offense struck quickly plating four runs in the first inning off Reds pitcher Chris Hendrix. Mike Taylor plated the first run with a single and John Halsey added another run a few batters later to make the score 2 - 0. Andrew Haser's hot bat continued Sunday night as he drove in 2 more Bulldog runs to make the score 4-0 in the 1st inning. Watertown would claw at the lead in the third when CF Kyle LaVigne started the inning off with a single and then stole both 2nd and 3rd base. He would then score on a pass ball to get the Reds on the board.
