The Spinners won their second straight game with a 2-1 win over the Brockton Reds. Mark Killoren singled in the first inning and scored on a Omar Caceres double to tie the game. Greg Megerdichian was hit by the pitch in the third inning and scored the go-ahead run on a Killoren single. Dan Blomerth pitched five innings, giving up one earned run while striking out four. Nick Marine pitched an inning in relief and Ben O'Shea came on for the save.
