WP: Lucibello. LP: Adam Messon. North Andover jumped out to an early lead in the first on Brian Chen's walk, Mike Rose reached on an error, and Paul Laurin's single. They added another in the 4th (Dave Brown's single, a walk to Laurin, and singles by Chuck April and Frank Marr. Four more in the 8th on walks to April, Marr and Hattan and singles by Jon Story and Bill Smith. Andy Lucibello was very strong for North Andover into the 6th, but then Cambridge touched him up for 4 runs on singles by John Grande and Newman and walks to John Piggott and Adam Messon. Jon Story relieved for the Thunder, and after a shaky start, settled down and got the third out in the 6th and closed out the 7th.
