This was a pitchers duel right from the start. Sweeney from the A's pitched five strong allowing the Grays to plate only three and then Joseph, JR came in and shut the door in impressive fashion striking out 6 of the 10 batters he faced.....But the story of the game was Mr. Eric "Rook" Meyer who came to the park to pitch and pitch he did!!! Rook throws the complete game shutout for the "W". With a great defence behind him, Rook was masterful today.... SS Kevin O'Leary made 7 assists, including one play where Kevin ranged back on the outfield grass behind second and threw out the runner at first.... Great game played by both clubs.....
