Lexington won its 12th game and stayed within three points of first place Andre. Chas Agrillo drove in two runs and did the job behind the plate throwing out two base runners. Sam Finn, 3-1, went the distance for the Sox and struck out seven. Jim Hughes had two hits and scored and drove in a run for the Sox. Pete Frates and Ross Curley each had a hit and RBI. Keegan DeNapoli hit his second home run of the season in the seventh. Brad MacHaffie, 1-4, started for Mooney and went five innings. He gave up five hits, walked six and struck out one.
