The Bombers won their fourth straight behind the right arm of Jeff Rowan who threw a complete game shutout defeating the Arlington Trojans, 6-0 at East Boston Stadium. Rowan cruised all the way through, retiring 12 Arlington hitters in a row at one point as he finished the game with 4 strikeouts, while 14 of the outs recorded were via groundballs. Josh Klimkiewicz finished the game 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI, while Pete John scored three times and stole a pair of bases to lead the offense for the Bombers. Vinnie Eruzione drove in a pair of runs with a single up the middle in a three-run fifth inning that seemed to break the game open for Testa Corp. Mike Griffin finished the evening 2-for-3 for Arlington.
