Sam Sager broke a 6-6 tie in the top of the 6th inning with a single down the rightfield line as the Watertown Reds grabbed a 7-6 victory of the Testa Corp. Bombers on Tuesday evening. Sager finished the evening 3-for-4 with 3 RBI. The Bombers had a chance to tie the game in the bottom of the 7th with runners on the corners and one out, but Brian Casey came in in relief retiring both hitters he faced for his first save of the year. Vinnie Eruzione finished the evening 4-for-4 with two RBI for the Bombers, while Derek Strukel also had two hits in the game. Sam Chiasson also colelcted a pair of hits for the Reds, while Charlie DeFrancesco earned the win in relief throwing 3 1/3 innings fanning 6 hitters while not allowing a run.
