Kevin Scanlon pitched 5.2 innings of no-hit ball and Lexington beat Testa for the third time in four days. Scanlon (1-0) gave up a single up the middle by Steve Walsh for the Bombers only hit of the game. The southpaw allowed four baserunners in the game, two walks, an error and the hit. He struck out 10 and retired 12 straight from the first through fifth. Dan Graham doubled to drive in the only run the Sox would need. Graham scored on Matt Gedman's RBI single.
