Rookie Rich Dumas earned his fourth victory of the season in a hard-fought game with the Dodgers. Philson drove in two with a bases loaded double to the gap, and Conner has yet another multi-hit game. Bart Lawyer starts at second base and has a painful night, getting hit by a pitch in each of his two at-bats.
