The stars aligned for the Tigers 9am start as Brian Houlding threw his first shutout since 2005. The Grays did an amazing job to get the field ready for the game, but may have tired themselves out as they were unable to muster any runs for hard-luck loser Brian Cosentino. Cosentino allowed just 4 hits and worked his way out of a bases loaded jam early, even adding 2 hits on offense. After what seemed like forever, Gib was able to score the game-winning run in the 6th on a sac fly by Pane. Field added an insurance run when he stole home on a throw to first, and also added an RBI in the 7th. Jarod Wilson had the other Tiger RBI knocking in Griffiths with a flaming line-drive into right. Silk gave his usual Oscar-winning performance (2-3, R, SB). Most exciting of all though, the Tigers successfully completed a 7 inning game without committing an error for the first time in their short history...way to go Tigers, Tony's proud.
